Numbers from installations we run.

Two installations, itemised. Each page carries the receipt first, then the full account, and says whose numbers they are.

Dossier 01Reported by the customer

From a $10,000 monthly API bill to $2,000 on its own servers.

Nocodo LTD paid OpenAI about $10,000 a month. We moved it to a tuned open-weight model on its own infrastructure, with request routing and GPU tuning, so every AI operation stays in-house.

Dossier 02Measured by us, not a customer testimonial

A 40-GPU inference cluster in 48 hours, at under half the cloud price.

Infiano’s hackathon produced 240 submissions that a language model had to judge within a single week. We built self-hosted inference on rented GPUs, ran it for six days and shut it off.

AI in a B2B portal

A worked example from a contractor portal we reviewed under NDA: a cascade of open-weight models handling seven routine jobs, with a clearly labelled projection of the payroll impact. Nothing in it was measured at a client.
